a) For person coming into family by birth i.e. Sons (Abbreviated as
‘S’) and Daughters
(Abbreviated as ‘DT.’).
b) For persons entering the
family by matrimony
i) Ladies coming in as Wives /
Daughters-In-Law (Abbreviated as ‘W’)
ii) Gents coming in as
Husbands / Sons-In-Law (Abbreviated as ‘H’)

These generation numbers have been worked out as follows :-
i) An Ancestral
Genealogical Chart (F.C. No. 1) has been drawn up, tracing R.B. Jeewan Lal
Ji’s ancestral lineage with his previous 5 generations.
Thus R.B. Jeewan Lal Ji has been
allotted No. (6) in this ancestral family chart No.1.
ii) To indicate the genealogical relationship
with R.B. Jeewan Lal Ji No. 6 has been prefixed
to each member entering the family by birth and subsequent numbers have
been worked
out by adding the father’s generation and birth position followed by the member’s own
generation number and birth position.
